摘要
通过对某型船用柴油机滚轮销材料(Cr12MoV)及热处理工艺的分析,找到了影响滚轮销氮碳共渗尺寸稳定性的因素,通过控制材料碳化物形态及分布,优化淬回火工艺参数,得到了稳定的基体组织,进而保证了滚轮销盐浴氮碳共渗后尺寸的稳定性。
By analyzing the material of Cr12MoV for diesel engine's roller axle,and its heat treatment techniques,the factors that influenced the stability of the roller axle dimension after nitrocarburizing are found out.Through controlling carbide shape and distribution,and by optimizing the parameters of quench hardening and tempering,the steady microstructure could be obtained,thus guarantees the stability of roller axle dimension after salt bath nitrocarburizing.
