摘要
采用高温固相反应法制备了LaFe1-xMnxO3(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5)和La1-xNdxFeO3(x=0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0)2个系列样品,分别研究了Mn离子部分替代Fe位掺杂、Nd离子部分替代La位掺杂对材料结构和性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着Nd离子掺杂浓度的增大,样品的晶格参数和晶胞体积均呈减小的趋势,随着Mn离子掺杂浓度的增大,样品的晶格参数和晶胞体积均有所增加。Mn离子掺杂使样品的居里温度呈现升高趋势,而Nd离子的掺杂使样品的居里温度呈现降低趋势。
Using high-temperature solid phase reaction prepared LaFe1-xMnxO3 (x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5) and La1-xNdxFeO3(x=0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0) two series of samples,we examine the partial substitution of Mn ion Fe-doped、 Nd3+ ion partial substitution of La-doped material structure and properties.The results show that with Nd3+ ion doping concentration increases,the sample lattice parameters and cell volume showed decreasing trend,Mn-doped with increasing concentration of the samples,the lattice parameters and cell volume has been increased.The Curie temperature of Mn-doped sample increased,and the Curie temperature of Nd3+ ion doped sample showed decreased.
