12例严重特发性眼睑痉挛的手术治疗

Surgical treatment on 12 cases of serious essential blepharospasm

采用Ａｎｄｅｒｓｏｎ法手术治疗了１２例严重的特发性眼睑痉挛患者。结果：手术能够明显减轻眼睑痉挛的程度，并能完全矫正眉下垂、上睑下垂、睑皮松弛、睑裂横径缩小等临床症状。结论：对于严重的持续性的特发性眼睑痉挛患者手术治疗是一种疗效显著的方法。

Purpose The patients with serious persistent essential blepharospasm may affect their working and living due to functional blindness.Surgical treatment is a good choice.Methods:12 cases of serious essential blepharospasm are treated by Anderson surgical method.Results:The surgical treatment can reduce the degree of blepharospasm and the ptotic eyebrow,blepharoptosis,blepharochalasis and the shortening of blepharal width can be cured completely.Conclusion:The surgical method is a very effective treatment for serious persistent essential blepharospasm.
