摘要 对XPERT非接触性眼压计进行准确性研究,为该眼压计在临床和青光眼筛选的应用提供可靠依据。方法:应用XPERT非接触性眼压计和Goldmann压平眼压计测定了293眼(150例)的眼压,并对其眼压值进行统计学分析。结果:XPERT非接触性眼压计和Goldmann压平眼压计测量值呈密切相关(r=0.9702,P=0.0000)。两者测定的均数差=0.1553(P>0.05)。以Goldmann压平眼压计测定为标准,XPERT非接触性眼压计测定值的波动范围在±0.133kPa(1mmHg)内占57.7%,在±0.4kPa(3mmHg)内的占85%,在±0.655kPa(5mmHg)内的占96.6%。结论:经研究显示XPERT非接触性眼压计和Goldmann压平眼压计的测量值一致性和相关性较好,可以应用于临床和人群青光眼检查快速筛检眼压升高者。 To study the accuracy of XPERT TM Non contact tonometer and provide a reliable data for its using in glaucoma clinics and screening.Methods:Intraocular pressure(IOP)of 150 patients(293 eyes)was measured by XPERT TM NCT(XPERT)and R900 Goldmann applanation tonometer(GAT),whose results were compared.Results:Mean difference between two methods(G NCT)was 0 02kPa(P>0 05).The linear correlation between two methods showed correlation relationship r=0 9702,P<0 0000.The distribution of G NCT according to the value of GAT showed that 57 7% data fluctuated between±0 133kPa,85% between ±0 4kPa,96 6% between ±0 655kPa.When IOP≥2 8kPa that measured by GAT is a cutoff point of screening the sensitivity of XPERT was 90 3%,specificity was 94 1%.Conclusions:Statistical analysis of these data showed no difference and a very good correlation in the two methods of measurement.XPERT TM NCT can be used in glaucoma clinics and screening.
