摘要
为选育出品质好、耐贮藏的南丰蜜桔Citrus reticulata Blanco优良品系,首次对"杨小2-6"、"小果97-1"、"小果97-2"、"大果97-1"和"大果97-2"等5个南丰蜜桔优良品系的贮藏特性进行评价。试验结果表明,小果型品系果实的腐烂率和失重率都显著低于大果型品系;从可溶性固形物、总糖、可滴定酸、维生素C、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和可溶性蛋白质等多项生理指标来看,小果型品系的果实贮藏特性都优于大果型。在整个贮藏过程中发现,以"小果97-1"最耐贮藏。
Storability of 5 superior lines of Nanfeng miju(Citrus reticulata Blanco),"Yang Xiao 2-6","Small fruit 97-1","Small fruit 97-2","Big fruit 97-1" and"Big fruit 97-2",was evaluated to select superior Nanfeng mandarin with good fruit storability.The results showed that the decay rate and the weight loss rate of the lines with small fruit were lower than those with large fruit.Judged from total soluble solids content,total sugar content,titratable acid content,Vc,CAT and SOD activities and total soluble protein content,smaller fruit lines were better than large fruit lines in fruit storability.Fruit of "Small fruit 97-1" performed best among all the lines studied in this fruit storage experiment.
