摘要
目的研究厚朴中厚朴酚的提取工艺。方法采用正交设计,以厚朴酚的含量作为评价指标,对厚朴中厚朴酚的提取工艺进行优化。结果所考察的各因素中,厚朴的提取工艺各因素的影响程度为:NaOH浓度>溶剂用量>提取时间,最佳提取工艺为A_1B_2C_3。
OBJECTIVE To establish a extraction technology of magnolol from magnoliae cortex. METHODS The orthogonal test was employed to test the effects among time of solvent liquid, wolume of NaOH and time of extraction on the conetents of magnoliae and optimize the extraction technology by orthogonal test. RESULTS wolume of NaOH was the most important factor which affected the magnolol, next was the time of solvent liquid and the last factor was the time of extraction. The optimum extraction technology was A1B2C3 when the content was considered as preferential parameter.
