摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定心无忧片中丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量。方法色谱柱Kromasil C_(18)柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(75:25),流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长:270 nm。结果丹参酮Ⅱ_A浓度在5.46～43.68μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99997),平均加样回收率为99.1%,RSD为1.1%(n=6)。结论该方法简便快捷,准确可靠,适于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the quantitative determination of Tanshinone ⅡA in Xinwuyou Tablets. METHODS Kromasil CI8 column （200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm）was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water （75 ： 25）, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 .The detection wavelenghth was set at 270 nm. RESULTS The linear range of Tanshinone ⅡA was 5.46 - 43.68 μg·mL^-1（r=0.99997）, and the average recovery was 99.1% with RSD 1.1% （n = 6）.CONCLUSION The method is simple, quick, accurate and reliable, it can be used for quality control of Xinwuyou tablets.
