HPLC法测定炎可宁片中大黄素、大黄酚的含量

Determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Yankening Tablets by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定炎可宁片中大黄素、大黄酚的含量。方法采用天津兰博C_(18)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85:15),流速为1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长:254nm。结果大黄素和大黄酚线性范围分别为106.5～535.5μg·mL^(-1)(r=1.0000),0.207～1.035mg·mL^(-1)(r=1.0000)。平均回收率分别为98.85%(n=6),RSD为1.37%、98.70%(n=6),RSD为0.56%。结论本方法简便、快速、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Yankening tablets. METHODS The LabAlliance CIs column with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（85 ： 15） as the mobile phase.The detection flow was 1.0mL·min^-1 .The detection wavelength was at 254nm. RESULTS The standard curves was linear relationship at the rang of 106.5 - 535.5μg·mL^-1, r = 1.0000 and 0. 207-- 1. 035mg· mL^-1, r = 1.0000. The average recoveries were 98.85 % （n = 6） and 98.70 % （n = 6）, with RSD 1.37 % and 0.56 % respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control.
