摘要
目的建立甘露解热口服液中黄芩苷含量测定的HPLC法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱条件:Diamonsil C_(18)色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以甲醇:水:磷酸(48:52:0.2)为流动相;流速为1mL·min^(-1);检测波长280nm。柱温25℃。结果黄芩苷在2.5～10μg·mL^(-1)内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为99.46%(n=6),RSD=1.98%。结论本方法快速、简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于甘露解热口服液中黄芩苷的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish the method for the determination of Baiealin in Ganlu jiere oral liquid. METHODS Baicalin was ehromatographed on HPLC with a Diamonsil C18 column （4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm） and detected at 280nm. The mobile phase was methanol：water：phosphoric acid （48：52：0.2）, the flow rate was 1mL·min^-1, the column tempemture was 25℃ .RESULTS The linear range of the method was 25- 10μg·mL^-1（r=0,9998）,average recovery was 99.46%,and RSD was 1.98% （n= 6）.CONCLUSION The method is simple, fast and accurate for the analysis of Baiealin.
