垂体后叶抗利尿激素分泌的MRI观察 被引量:3

摘要 本文通过健康志原者13人于吸烟前后行垂体矢状位MR扫描,测量正中矢状位垂体后叶信号强度比及高信号面积,结果显示:吸烟前垂体后叶均呈短T_1高信号,吸烟后9例(69.3%)垂体后叶信号强度下降,前下部变为等信号:吸烟前后垂体后叶信号强度及高信号面积明显变化(P<0001)。 The Sagittal MR inages of pltuitary gland were performed before and after smoking on thirteen volunteers,The Signal intensity ratio and area of high signal of posterior pituitary lobe in mid-sagittal MR images weremeasured. As a result, the highintense signal of posterior pituitary lobe was seen beforesmoking, After smoking,the signal intensity of posterior lobe was decreased in 9 cases(69.3%), changed into iso-intensity signal atanteroinferior portion. The signal intensity and area of high signal of posterior pituitary lobe showed asignificant change(P< 0.001).
