摘要
介绍了平衡计分卡的概念及其组成部分,从财务、客户、内部业务流程、学习和成长4个层面进行了具体说明;指出了将这一流行的管理工具应用于电网企业绩效管理中的意义;提出了电网企业绩效管理的关键绩效指标;给出了运用层次分析法准确确定各个指标权重的方法,为电网企业绩效管理提供了新思路。
The conception and parts of balanced score card are introduced and explained in four levels,i.e.finance,customer,internal business process,learning and growth.The significance of the application of this future popular manage tool in power grid performance management is also pointed out.Key performance indicator of power grid performance management has been proposed.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) has been applied to determine the weight of each indicators,which provides a new idea for the performance management of power grid enterprises.
