The causes of soil erosion and control measures are analyzed in the paper. Water and soil conservation programs are established to further strengthen supervision of soil and water conservation. The County＇s development and construction projects are standardized to preserve water and soil resource, prevent soil erosion and maintain a healthy ecological environment.
