众所周知,建筑物在经过多年的使用后总会产生一定的沉降,而不均匀沉降往往会导致建筑物塌陷、开裂并严重影响使用。因此,为减少建筑物的不均匀沉降,应就沉降原因,深入研究防治措施,从而达到有效预防、控制不均匀沉降的产生,最终消除事故根源的目的。

As we all know,after years of use, buildings will always have a certain post-settlement,which often led to uneven settlement of the building collapse,cracking and seriously affect the use.
