浅析建筑消防电气的安装与维护及管理

Simple Analysis on the Installation,Maintenance and Management of Building Fire Protection Electric

近年来,建筑消防电气设施防火安全得不到有效的检测、维修,火灾隐患不同程度存在,更为严重的是有的建筑消防设施已完全失去原有的防火、灭火功能。为确保建筑消防设施完好有效,预防和减少火灾危害,维护公共安全。就加强建筑消防电气安装工程的质量维护及管理,提出一些相应的对策。对建筑消防电气设计安装中的一些问题进行了简单阐述,谈谈个人看法,旨在抛砖引玉,共同探讨。

In recent years, the building fire prevention electrical facilities don＇t obtain effective fire safety inspection and maintenance. Fire hazards exist in different degrees; more serious problems are some fire-control facilities have completely lost the original fire-control function. To ensure the fire-control facilities effective, to prevent and reduce fire hazards, and to safeguard the public safety, some corresponding countermeasures are put forward to strengthen the maintenance and management of the quality of electrical installation. Some problems in the design and installation of the building fire prevention electrical facilities are discussed. The author talks about personal opinions and draws inferences about other cases from one instance.
