受到原广司影响的山本理显,对于建筑的空间结构格外着迷,他主持的若干集合住宅表现出对群落形态的独特理解。因其非东大&早稻田体系的背景以及对战后以来建筑学普世文明的与众不同的思考,逐渐发展起自主建筑观的思想,从玉立大学到北京建外SOHO。

Affected by Hiroshi Hara, Riken Yamamoto is fascinated particularly with the construction of the spatial structure,a number of condominiums he presided over show a unique understanding to community. For his non-Dongda ＆ Waseda background and the distinctive architectural thinking on the post-war system universal civilization, gradually he developed the idea of independent architectural concept, from the Saitama Prefectural University to Beijing outside the SOHO.
