节约型校园规划设计是在运用校园规划理论、校园生态规划理论、策划理论、道路交通、国家节能政策规范和节能技术的基础上,对校园建筑功能布局、景观绿化以及电力、通讯等配套设施,进行合理的设计,以达到利用资源,节能降耗、节约投资的目的。
