摘要
目的探讨局部脑缺血再灌流后脑微血管内皮细胞表面表达的ICAM1参与的缺血性炎症反应。方法用免疫组织化学的方法观察大鼠左侧大脑中动脉栓堵2小时再灌流0、3、12、24、72、120小时脑微血管内皮细胞ICAM1的表达。结果大鼠左侧大脑中动脉栓堵2小时未见ICAM1的表达,栓堵2小时再灌流3小时病变侧脑组织微血管内皮细胞开始出现ICAM1的表达,12~24小时达高峰,并持续至72小时,非缺血侧脑组织微血管未见ICAM1的表达。结论ICAM1参与了缺血性脑损伤早期的病理过程。提示在缺血早期阻断ICAM1的表达可能有助于减轻缺血性脑损害的程度。
Objective To study the role of intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM 1) in ischemic reperfusional cerebral injury.Methods By immunohistochemistry alone, The expression of ICAM 1 on cerebral microvascular endothelial cells after occlusion of the left middle cerebral artery for 2 hours and reperfusion for 0、3、12、24、72 and 120 hours were observed.Results There was upregulation of ICAM 1 on microvascular endothelial cells of ischemic cerebral tissue which was peaked and retained at 3、24、 and 72 hr respectively after MCAO and reperfusion.Conclusion ICAM 1 may be involved in the early pathologic process of cerebral ischemia. It is also suggested blockage of ICAM 1 expression during early ischemic period may reduce the cerebral damage.
