摘要
高校辅导员作为高等学校从事德育工作、开展大学生思想教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。本文针对新形势下辅导员在人才培养中的地位和作用,对辅导员角色定位提出自己的看法。
College counselors, as the backbone of colleges and universities moral education, ideological education of college students,are the instructor and pathfinder of the university students＇ healthy growth. Aiming at the position and role of counselors in the personnel training under the new situation, the views on college counselors＇ role definition are presented.
