摘要
目前,第二采油厂油田开发处于高含水期,采出液的性质由原来的油包水转变成水包油,物性的转变势必带来机采井的日常管理参数的改变。机采井热洗时间一般在6-7h、压力4-5MPa、温度90℃以上,对于特殊井(憋压井)洗井时间有的会更长,可能达到12-18h。即使这样,对于洗井效果还不明确。但由于理论水平的局限,难以准确分析探讨,缺乏一定可信度。所以本文通过对机采井热洗时,原始热洗液(中转站掺水)作为洗进样,井口洗出液(每半小时取一次)作为洗出样,进行化学分析来验证热洗井的效果。
At present, the oil development of the second oil extraction factory is at the ultra-high water cut stage , the nature of the extracted fluid changes from water-in-oil to oil-in-water, the physical change is bound to bring about the change of daily management of pump recovery well parameters. The common time for pump recovery well hot washing time is 6-7h,pressure 4-5Mpa,temperature above 90 ~C ,for special wells(pressure production well), the hot washing time tends to be longer, 12-18h. Even so, the flushing effect is not clear. Due to the limitations of theoretical level, an accurate analysis is difficult to get which results in a lack of credibility. Therefore, taking the original heat lotion (transit mixed with water) as the washin sample, wellhead lotion (take every half hour) as the wash-out sample, the paper verifies the effect of hot washing well by chemical analysis.
