摘要
目的探讨甲状腺癌的彩色多普勒超声显像特征及其病理学基础.方法将68例甲状腺癌的病理结果与术前彩超诊断结果进行对比分析.结果超声对甲状腺癌的检出率为63.23%,误诊率为36.77%.结论大多数甲状腺癌的超声表现具有特征性,综合分析可提高诊断准确率.
Objective To discuss the ultrasonic characteristics and pathological foundation of thyroid carcinoma.Method Sixty-eight patients with thyroid carcinoma were examined by ultrasound before operation.The ultrasound results were analyzed according to pathologic diagnosis.Result The diagnostic rate of thyroid carcinoma with ultrasound was 63.23%,and the misdiagnostic rate was 36.77%.Conclusion The ultrasound manifestations of thyroid carcinoma have some characteristics,and general analysis may improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
