摘要 探讨ICU护士分级管理在提高危重患者护理质量中的作用,重新界定各级护士的工作内容。将ICU护士进行分级管理,由高层级护士担任组长、副组长,并制订岗位工作职责,给予相应的工作待遇;重新界定各级护士的工作内容。分级管理使ICU护士较好地发挥了护理骨干的作用,应对军队医院护士普遍年轻的状况,满足了患者的需求,在提高专科护理水平的同时,保证了护理质量。对ICU护士进行分级管理,有利于培养和保留聘用制护理骨干,有益于护理质量的提高。 To evaluate the effects of nursing grading management model for improving nursing quality for critically ill patients,and distribute the jobs for each grade clearer.All nurses in the ICU were classified into different groups,then made senior primary nurses be the group leaders or vice-leaders.The responsibilities of each grade were defined in detail and pay according to it.Make the jobs of professional airway care nurses,senior primary nurse,junior primary nurse and nurse assistant clearer.As most of the nurses in the military hospitals are young,the nursing grading management model would make group leaders to play more important role in nursing who satisfied the patients much better.Nursing grading management not only improves the nursing quality in ICU,but also the ability of specific nursing.It is useful for the training and selecting key members of nursing under contract more effectively.
