摘要 试讲是临床医师教师生涯的开始,是锻炼和提高临床教师综合授课能力的重要途径和手段。医院实行新教师试讲制度,强化试讲过程的组织管理,紧抓试讲前教育培训、教案书写、集体备课等关键环节。一批批合格的高素质临床型教师在试讲中脱颖而出,医院教学水平、教学质量不断提高。 Trial performance,the initiative of clinician′s teaching,is an important way to foster and improve the required comprehensive teaching qualifications.This hospital,which implements the practice of trial performance by raw teaching recruits,consolidates relative organization,emphasizing such key links as pre-training,elaboration of lesson plans and collective preparations for lessons.Consequently,numbers of qualified clinical teachers have acquitted themselves remarkably one after another.And the teaching art and quality of the hospital have been improved as well.
