Research and Application on Fully- dry TRT Process Technology of Super- large Scale Blast Furnace of ShouGang JingTang Iron & Steel Plant

摘要 首钢京唐钢铁厂5500m^3高炉煤气采用千式袋式除尘工艺,没有湿式除尘作为辅助设施,TRT工艺系统进行了优化,提出纯干式全流量并联透平机主体工艺流程,在主体设备中自主集成透平机三级可调静叶、入口调速阀、高炉减压阀组联合工艺控制顸压的核心技术。工程设计提出了大型化、露天化、集约型设计理念,实现了新一代钢铁流程自主集成、国际一流的工程目标。 Dry bag type dedusting process is applied for 5 500 m3 blast furnaces of Shougang Jingtang Iron Steel Plant without wet dedusting facility as auxiliary. Optimization on TRT process system is carried out with provision of pure - dry and full - flowrate and parallel turbine process flow. Core technologies of turbine 3 -level adjustable fixed blade, entry speed regulating valve and blast furnace pressure reducing valve group combined with top pressure process control is self integrated in the main equipments. The engineering design presents design concept of large scale, in open air and intensive type to realize project aim with new generation iron and steel flow rate in self- integration and world first class.
