摘要
文章结合挥发窑生产工艺、相关金属氧化物反应热力学及物料的物理化学性质,从理论上分析挥发窑产生粘结的根本原因。并采用添加石灰石以缓解窑内粘结,试验结果表明:石灰石能改变熔渣的表面张力等物理化学性质,形成质地疏松物,易于脱落;挥发窑打窑频率降低,正常作业时间由以前的45 d提高到100 d。
Based on the production process, metal oxide reaction thermodynamics and physicochemical properties of materials, this article analyzes the main reasons for adhesive formation inside of volatilizing kiln, and proposes to add limestone into the raw materials for relief of adhesive. The experimental results show that limestone can change the physlcochemical properties of slag and form loose matter which is easy to desquamate. Therefore, the cleaning frequency of volatilizing kiln is reduced significantly and its work time has been prolonged from 45 days to 100 days.
