添喂稀土对绵羊消化代谢的影响 被引量:9

摘要 选取4只平均体重55 kg的小尾寒羊母羊,安装永久性十二指肠和回肠瘘管,在精粗比1∶1的日粮条件下,采用自身对照设计,在对照期和试验期分别添喂0或216.5 mg/kg日粮的稀土,研究添喂稀土对绵羊前胃和整体消化代谢、小肠消化吸收的影响。结果表明:添喂稀土使绵羊的自由采食量增加了7.4%-13.0%,前胃消化的干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、纤维素和半纤维素量分别增加了5.61%(P〉0.05),6.41%(P〉0.05),30.09%(P〈0.01)和27.73%(P〈0.01)。到达小肠的DM、OM、粗蛋白(CP)、微生物蛋白、过瘤胃蛋白、总氨基酸(TAA)、赖氨酸(Lys)分别增加了22.40%(P〈0.01),22.40%(P〈0.01),23.56%(P〈0.01),34.32%(P〈0.01),8.19%(P〉0.05),17.41%(P〈0.05)和17.30%(P〈0.01)。小肠消化吸收的DM、OM、CP、TAA和Lys量分别增加了37.42%(P〈0.05),41.79%(P〈0.05),37.43%(P〈0.05),18.96%(P〈0.05)和12.11%(P〈0.05)。氮、钙和磷的保留量分别增加了27.04%(P〈0.05),40.00%(P〈0.05)和39.44%(P〉0.05)。由本研究得出结论,给绵羊添喂稀土可以提高采食量、提高前胃营养物质的消化量、增加小肠营养物质特别是氨基酸的消化吸收量、改善机体的营养状况。 In this experiment,4 of Small Tail Han ewes with the body weight of 55 kg,were fitted with the permanent duodenum and ileum canula,fed with the diet consisted of 50% corn stalk,and were supplied with rare earth at the dose of 0 (control) and 216.5 mg/kg ration,to study the effect of supplement of rare earth on the digestion and metabolism of sheep. The results showed that the supplement of rare earth increased the voluntary intake of sheep by 7.4%-13.0% ; increased the digested amounts of DM,OM,cellulose and semi-cellulose in forestomach by 5.61%( P〉0.05) ,6.41%( P 〉0.05) ,30.09%( P 〈0.01) and 27.73%( P 〈0.01) respectively;increased the amounts of the DM,OM,CP,microprotein,by-pass protein, total amino acids and lysine arriving at small intestine by 22. 40% ( P 〈0. 01), 22. 40% ( P〈0. 01), 23. 56%( P d0.01) ,34.32% ( P 〈0.01),8. 19% ( P 〉0.05), 17.41% ( P 〈0.05) and 17.30% ( P〈 0.01) small 12.11 27.04 respectively; increased the amounts of the DM, OM,CP, total amino acids and lysine absorbed in intestine by 37.42%( P d0.05) ,41.79%( P 〈0.05) ,37.43%( P 〈0.05) ,18.96%( P 〈0.05) and %( P 〈0. 05) respectively; increased the retention of the nitrogen, calcium and phosphorous by %(P〈0. 05),40. 00%(P〈0. 05)and39. 44%(P〉0. 05)respectively. It is concluded that supplement of rare earth may increase the intake, the digestibility of the diet in forestomach,and the absorbed nutrients,especially amino acids,in small intestine,therefore would significantly improve the nutritional status of the sheep.
