消毒剂对甲型H1N1病毒的杀灭效果测试

摘要 目的测试一种植物型消毒剂对甲型H1N1-CA7体外灭杀作用。方法采用悬液定量灭活法,2倍系列稀释的消毒剂与甲型H1N1病毒作用5min、10min和30min,以观察细胞病变作为判断指标确定各组的病毒感染滴度。计算消毒剂对甲型H1N1病毒的平均灭活对数值,确定消毒剂实验室消毒合格的浓度和作用时间。结果消毒剂作用于MDCK细胞的最大无毒浓度为1∶200。1∶2、1∶4和1∶8稀释的消毒剂与甲型H1N1病毒作用5min、10min和30min的平均灭活对数值>4.00。结论消毒剂1∶2、1∶4、1∶8与病毒作用5min后可以100%杀灭甲型H1N1病毒。 Objective To evaluate the inactive efficacy of a plant-derived disinfectant to influenza A/H1N1 virus. Method Two-fold diluted disinfectants were added to viruses for 5min,10min and 30min respectively,and then were applied to MDCK cells of mono-layers for 3 days. Cytopathic Effects (CPE) was observed. Mean killed virus Logarithm (KL) for each dilution group of disinfectant are calculated. Results KLs of 2,4 and 8-fold dilution mixing with influenza A/H1N1 virus for 5min,10min and 30min were all higher than 4.00. KL of 16-fold dilution is 4.00. Conclusions The disinfectants of 2,4,8-fold diluted had 100% efficacy in inactivating H1N1 virus after 5min contacting.
