骨髓间充质干细胞在骨科的应用 被引量:3

摘要 一般认为干细胞是指存在于组织中数目很少的一些分化相对静止的细胞(resting cell)。这些细胞具有两个方面的重要潜能特点,即具有不对称性细胞分裂的能力和自我更新的能力。1867年德国科学家Cohnheim在研究创伤愈合时提出了骨髓中存在非造血干细胞的观点。
