摘要
劳务派遣用工是一种新型的用工方式,既可以增强企业人力资源配置的灵活性,又能够降低人力资源管理的成本,但是,在使用劳务派遣用工的过程中也存在着一定的用工风险。该文对劳务派遣用工存在的风险问题进行分析和探讨,并提出了具体可行的风险防范对策。
Labor dispatching is a new way of employment; it can not only enhance the flexibility of human resources, but also to reduce the cost of human resources management. However, in using the process of dispatching labor there are certain risks of employment. In this paper, labor dispatching of the risk had been analyzed and issues had been discussed, putting forward feasible measures of risk prevention.
