头面部烧伤合并外耳道烧伤临床治疗体会

Clinical Experience of Treating Craniofacial Burn Combined with External Auditory Canal Burn

目的:观察湿润烧伤膏药纱填塞治疗对外耳道烧伤创面的疗效。方法:对我科2005年3月至2009年12月住院的17例严重头面部烧伤合并外耳道烧伤的患者采用湿润烧伤膏药纱治疗后,定时检查外耳道、鼓膜的变化,并测试听力。结果:湿润烧伤膏药纱治疗严重头面部烧伤合并外耳道烧伤疗效好,愈后鼓膜与听力正常。结论:湿润烧伤膏药纱治疗严重头面部烧伤合并外耳道烧伤具有促进创面再生修复,较好地保持鼓膜完整和听力正常的良好效果。

Objective： To observe the effect of treating external auditory canal burn with wadded MEBO oil gauze. Method： 17 cases of severe craniofacial burn combined with external auditory canal burn admitted to hospital from Mar. 2005 to Dec. 2009 were treated with wadded MEBO oil gauze. The change of external auditory canal and tympanic membrane were monitored and heating was tested regularly. Results： Treating severe craniofaeial bum combined with external auditory canal burn with wadded MEBO oil gauze had good effect. The tympanic membrane and heating of patients returned to normal. Conclusion： Wadded MEBO oil gauze can promote wound regeneration in treating severe craniofacial burn combined with external auditory canal burn; it can better maintain integrity of tympanic membrane and heating in normal.
