再生复原疗法在难愈性创疡创面临床规范化应用

Clinical Standardized Application of Regenerative Restoration Therapy in Situ in Treatment of Chronic Ulcers and Wounds

目的:再生复原疗法是人体再生复原科学的临床实施技术,该疗法在难愈性创疡创面得到广泛应用,但因各类创面病因不同、病情各异,临床处理方法缺乏统一规范,造成临床疗效各异,为统一再生复原疗法的临床治疗规范,特总结本临床规范。方法:以徐荣祥创立的《人体再生复原科学》为理论和科学依据,参阅《再生医学与疗法临床手册》等专著,归纳总结再生复原疗法在难愈性创面临床治疗规范。结果:该规范以《人体再生复原科学》及其相关临床实施技术为指导,突出临床规范化操作。结论:该规范对统一各类难愈性创疡创面处理方法具有一定的参考意义。

Objective： Regenerative Restoration Therapy is a clinical treatment technique of Human Regenerative Restoration Science, which was widely used in treating refractory ulcers wounds. But, differences of the wound in cause and type, plus no unified standardized operation norm available, that resulted in difference of clinical effect obtained. To reach to unified and standardized clinical treatment operation of Regenerative Restoration Therapy in treating the chronic ulcers and wounds, the clinical standardized operation was summarized. Method： Basing on the theoretical and scientific basis of Human Regenerative Restoration Sciences invented by Profession XU Rong - xiang and referring to ＂Clinical Handbook of Regenerative Medicine and Therapy＂, clinical guideline of treating chronic ulcers wounds with Regenerative Restoration Therapy was summarized. Results： Basing on ＂Clinical Handbook of Regenerative Medicine and Therapy＂ and other related clinical treatment technique, the treatment guideline highlighted the clinical standardized operation. Conclusion： The guideline of treating chronic ulcers has reference significance to unify and to standardize treatment of chronic wound.
