摘要
分析了电器活动支架零件的结构工艺性和冲压工艺,介绍了零件的排样方案、模具的总体结构、主要零部件的设计。该模具具有结构紧凑、加工制造容易、工作平稳、操作简便、生产效率高的特点。
The technological property and the stamping technology of the electrical appliance movable support were analyzed. Layout scheme and total structure of die, design of the key parts were introduced. The die structure is compact, machining easy, working smoothly, operated conveniently and high production efficiency.
