民营经济已成为国民经济的重要组成部分。重视并大力发展民营经济,对于欠发达地区的经济发展尤为重要。经济欠发达地区,依托地方区域优势,切实转变政府职能,加大服务力度,从整体上推进民营经济的健康发展,是政府部门的重要任务。政府部门要帮助企业加强功能建设,为民营经济营造良好的经营环境;要培育和完善专业服务体系,为民营经济营造良好的社会服务环境;要建立招商机构的运作机制,提高利用外资水平,从而促进欠发达地区民营经济快速发展。

Private economy has become a vital part of national economy.Developing private economy greatly is more important for less developed areas.The governments should change the function to serve the less developed area according to its regional advantages and to promote healthy development of the private economy on the whole.That is,the governments should help the enterprises increase construction in function and create better management environment for private economy,cultivate and improve professional service system to create excellent social service environment,and build operating mechanism of attracting investment to increase foreign investment and to promote rapid development of private economy in less developed areas.
