摘要
教师职业生涯规划受个人因素和组织环境因素的影响。从这两个方面入手探讨政法高职院校教师职业生涯规划问题,并提出相应对策,达到高校组织和教师个人双赢发展的目的。
The present status of teachers' career management in higher vocational schools of politics and law is not optimistic. Based on personal factors and organization of environmental factors, the essay aims to find a solution to the problem, for seek of the mutual win between higher education institutes and teachers.
