摘要
随着改革开放的不断深入,企业的聘用员工人数越来越多,作用越来越大,做好聘用员工的思想政治工作尤为重要,关系到企业和谐稳定与持续健康发展的大局,试从分析聘用员工的特点和愿望为切入点,阐述做好企业聘用员工思想政治工作的几点建议。
With the further development of reform and openess,there are more and more contract workers in enterprises,who have a great influence on the harmony,stability and sustainable development of enterprises.Based on the features and needs of them,this essay presents some suggestions for the ideological and political work of them.
