摘要
在分析高技能人才评价工作中存在评价滞后、内容脱节、质量不高、方式落后等现象的基础上,就高技能人才评价方式和管理体系提出建议和构建思路。
Based on the analysis of the lag,the disjointedness between the evaluation criteria and the positions,the inferior quality and the backward evaluation methods in the evaluation of highly-skilled professionals,this essay puts forward constructive suggestions for the evaluation and management system of them.
