针对高职院校毕业生就业难的实际,提出发挥政府职能、调整高职院校学科结构和人才培养模式、提高就业指导服务工作水平、转变用人单位用人观和毕业生择业观等对策,构建高职院校毕业生就业工作的长效机制。

To better slove the employment problem in vocational colleges,this essay presents possible solutions such as making use of government function,adjusting the discipline structure and the personnel training model,improving the work of employment guidance and changing both the employers＇ and the graduates＇ views of employment,to build a persistent effect mechanism of the employment work.
