通过在福州、漠河两地用目视方法以及望远镜摄影方法对海尔—波普彗星进行观测比较，说明不同区域观测同一颗彗星，它的结果受观测条件的影响，观测彗星应在世界范围内合作进行．观测所得到的数据和有关结果可为其它彗星的研究提供一定的参考．

This article is wrote by naked eye and telescope observed Comet Hale Bopp, compared with difference between Fuzhou and Mohe in China .The results showed clearly that the same comet observed has distinction in different location. It is necessity to cooperate observation comet in coordinate observations worldwide
