摔跤运动员大运动量训练阶段安静时血清激素水平变化及其相关分析 被引量:2

ALTERATIONS AND CORRELATIONS OF SERUM HORMONES DURING HIGH VOLUME TRAINING IN WRESTLERS

摘要 采用放射免疫方法测定13名古典式摔跤运动员和5名男姓对照(平均年龄、身高、体重和训练年限分别为(27.8±2.1)vs.(30.8±2.6)、(176.2±3.6)cmvs.(170.4±4.0)cm、(82.1±4.2)kgvs.(68.2±5.3)kg和(6.3±2.3)avs.0.0a)的血清睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、皮质醇(C)和催乳素(PRL)的含量.结果发现,训练前除了实验组的T水平比对照组的显著高外((5.73±1.30)g·L-1vs.(6.96±1.31)g·L-1,p<0.05),其余激素水平的变化均无差异(C(132.40±40.03)g·L-1vs.(122.42±52.09)g·L-1、LH(5.54±1.67)U·L-1vs.(4.58±1.58)U·L-1、FSH(5.22±2.60)U·L-1vs.(7.68±2.80)U·L-1、PRL(337.63±142.53)mU·L-1vs.(400.52±152.43)mU·L-1p>0.05).经44d训练后实验组T水平比训练前下降((6.96±1.31)g·L-1vs.(5.81±1.21)g·L? This study compares the resting serum hormones of control group( n =5) and male wrestlers( n =13).Testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),prolactin(PRL) and cortisol(C) were mesured by radioimmunoassay in resting blood samples(12h fast) collected pre training and second morning of last training.The training group had been active for (6.3±2.3)year,6d·week -1 ,240min·d -1 ,while the control group was sedentary.Neither group had histories of hyperthalamic pituitary testicular disorders.At the pre trainingpoint,mean testosterone level was higher in wrestlers than in control group,while the other profiles were not different between both groups,but at the end of training session(after 44 days),theresting T levels were lower in post training than in pre training,while C levels were high in post training,but the levels of the other hormones were not changed.The changes of hormone levels were not related to hemoconcentration.There were significantcorrelations between T and C,PRL and LH.It impliedthat exercise factor affected T and C,and non exercise factor affected PRL and LH,seperately.The results suggested normal hyperthalamic pituitary function existed in the trained subjects,and PRL,LH and FSH were not causative factors forthe lowered testosterone levels.The findings indicated that high volume trainingstress lowers testosterone in wrestlers possibly by increasing cortisol and impairing testicular function.
