摘要 【目的】检测分析尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(UPA)及UPA受体(uPAR)的蛋白表达对判断卵巢癌的发展及浸润转移的指导意义。【方法】流式细胞术检测72例卵巢癌组织和24例正常卵巢组织中UPA和UPAR的蛋白表达水平。【结果】正常卵巢组、卵巢癌FIG0分期的Ⅰ和Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期的UPA和UPAR蛋白表达量均逐渐增高,各组间比较差异均有显著性(P〈o.01)。各组内UPA蛋白和UPAR蛋白的相关性分析发现具有良好的正相关(P〈0.01)。【结论】UPA、uPAR的蛋白表达水平随卵巢癌的发展和浸润转移而逐渐增高,可能在卵巢癌浸润转移中起重要作用,可作为卵巢癌诊断和预后的预警指标。 [Objective] To detect the protein expression of urokinase plasminogen activators(UPA) and its receptor(UPAR) and their significance in the progression, invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer. [Methods]The samples were collected from 72 ovarian cancer tissue and 24 normal tissue. Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of UPA and UPAR. Then the statistical analysis was performed. [Results] There were significantly different among the normal ovarian group, stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ ovarian cancer group, stage Ⅲ ovarian cancer group and stage Ⅳ ovarian cancer group ( P〈0.01). Among the four groups, UPA and UPAR protein expression were gradually increased. Also the correlation between UPA and UPAR was positive ( P 〈0.01). [Conclusion]UPA and UPAR expression are gradually increased with the development, invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer. They may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer and can be used as an indicator to the diagnosis and prognosis of ovarian cancer.
