QRS波时限在心室同步化中的应用价值

摘要 当心电图应用于临床后,人们就一直在探讨QRS波时限的临床意义。充血性心力衰竭(congestive heart failure,CHF)是心内科治疗学上的难题。近年来,心脏再同步化治疗(cardiac resynchronization therapy,CRT)心力衰竭是心血管病学一大进展。CRT的进展与人们对QRS波时限研究的深入密切相关。随着CRT研究热潮的到来,QRS波时限的临床意义又成为近年来的一个研究热点。
