肱骨外科颈骨折临床分析60例

Clinical Analysis of Fracture of Surgical Neck of Humerus

目的讨论和分析60例肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法西昌市人民医院自2005年1月至2010年1月,共收治肱骨外科颈骨折60例。其中有移位者20例,全部采用锁定钢板螺钉内固定。结果本组60例随访半年至1年,优良率88%。结论锁定钢板螺钉内固定,手术损伤相对较小,时间短,术后无需长期外固定,可早期功能锻炼,关节功能恢复较好,对老年患者应首选取,特别是骨质疏松者是最佳选择。年轻患者骨折移位手法复位失败或者移位较严重,或者骨折粉碎,不稳定性骨折,伴有神经损伤应首选切开复位锁定钢板螺钉内固定。

Objective Discuss and analysis about clinical curative effect for 60 cases of fracture of surgical neck of humerus Method From 2005.1 to 2010.1 in Xichang people’s hospital receive 60 cases of fracture of surgical neck of humerus, 20 cases of dislocation among them use treatment of locking-PLT and screw internal fi xation. Result 60cases follow half to one year, fi neness rate is 88%. Conclusion Locking-PLT and screw internal f ixation damage little, need short time, not need long-term external fi xation after operation, the fi rst choose to the elderly. In particular, osteoporosis is the best option. Young patients with displaced fractures closed reduction or displacement of more serious failures, or fractures comminuted, unstable fractures, nerve injury associated with open reduction should be the preferred locking plate and screw.
