以周期性呕吐表现的延髓病变一例

摘要患者男，46岁，因反复呕吐2年于2008年6月11日入我院干部神经科。2年前无明显诱因出现上腹不适、恶心、呕吐胃内容物，无呕血、反酸、烧心、呃逆、腹泻。呕吐呈非喷射性，周期性发作，每10天发作1次，症状持续3～4d缓解，
