P53、Ki-67、Bcl-2、EGFR与鼻咽癌放射敏感性的相关性研究

Association between the Expression of P53,Ki-67,Bcl-2 and EGFR and the Radiosensitivity of Nasopharyngeal Cancer

目的:分析鼻咽癌组织中P53、Ki-67、Bcl-2、EGFR的表达与鼻咽癌患者放射敏感性的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测200例放疗前鼻咽活检组织中P53、Ki-67、Bcl-2、EGFR的表达。结果:200例鼻咽癌组织中,Bcl-2和EGFR的表达与鼻咽癌放射敏感性成负相关(P<0.05),Ki-67的表达与放射敏感性成正相关(P<0.05),P53与放疗敏感性无关(P>0.05)。结论:Bcl-2、Ki-67和EGFR的表达可以反映鼻咽癌放射敏感性,可做为预测鼻咽癌放疗效果的重要指标,而P53则不能预测放疗敏感性。

Objective：To explore the association between the expression of P53,Ki-67,Bcl-2 and EGFR and the radiosensitivity of nasopharyngeal cancer.Methods：Using immunohistochemistry,the expression of P53,Ki-67,Bcl-2 and EGFR were evaluated on tumor tissues from 200 nasopharyngeal cancer patients.Results：A statistically significant correlation was observed between overexpression of Bcl-2 and EGFR and radioresistance（P0.05）.Ki-67 positivity was significantly associated with radiosensitivity（P0.05）.The expression of P53 was not associated with radiosensitivity（P0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of Bcl-2,Ki-67 and EGFR could be predictive factors of radiosensitivity,while the expression of P53 was not associated with radiosensitivity.
