摘要
风信子叶片及鳞片直接诱导不定芽的培养基为MS附加6-BA2.5mg/L、NAA2.0mg/L、IAA0.5mg/L和MS附加6-BA2.5mg/L、NAA2.5mg/L.不定芽发育成小鳞茎的培养基为MS附加GA0.2mg/L、IAA0.5mg/L.鳞茎移栽成活率为90%.
Adventitious shoots are induced directly from leaves and scales without callus in MS+BA2.5 mg/L+NAA2.0 mg/L+IAA0.5 mg/L and MS+BA2.5 mg/L+NAA2.5 mg/L.The shootlets develop into the bulbets in MS+GA0.2 mg/L+IAA0.5 mg/L.The survival rate of bulblet transplantion is 90%.Thus the regeneration system of hyacinth is established.
