广饶县节约集约利用土地探讨

Study on Concentrated Land Use in Guangrao County

通过对广饶县土地利用状况进行分析,找出土地利用中存在的建设用地需求量增大、工业项目土地利用率低等问题,并从加强耕地保护工作,拓展发展空间、提供资源保障,加强调控、提升配置效率等方面提出了相应的对策措施。

Through analysis on land use condition in Guangrao county,three problems occurred in land use are pointed out in this paper.Relative countermeasures for soluting the above problems are put forward as well,they are strengthening the protection of farmland,expanding development space,providing resources support,strengthening regulation and control,enhancing the allocative efficiency and carrying out rewards and penalties mechanism.
