林化综合实习的思考与实践

Reflection and practice on the course of comprehensive practice in chemical industry of forest products

林化综合实习是林产化工本科生培养过程中的一个重要环节,实习的效果关系到学生培养的质量,在新形势下,教学实习面临着许多困难,根据多年的林化综合实习经验,提出可以通过建设固定的实习基地、稳定的指导教师队伍、教师的精心准备和细心指导、发挥学生的积极性和改革考核方式等手段提高实习效果。

The comprehensive practice is one of the important parts in cultivating process in chemical industry of forest products.Effect of practice is related to the cultivating quality of students.In recent years,there are many difficulties in the practice process.With several years practice experiences,we give some advices to improve the practice quality,including of building the long-term training base,stability of teacher team,careful preparation and instruction,enhancing student learning initiative,reforming test method.
