摘要
比较了以CuO为基的系列混合氧化物对CO2气体的敏感特性.掺有BaTiO3、BaSnO3、SrTiO3的CuO系列粉末经一定工艺制作成电容元件后,对CO2气体表现出的灵敏性足以使其做为传感元件而用于CO2气体的检测.其中CuO-BaSnO3混合氧化物不仅对CO2表现出了极高的灵敏性,而且其较宽的检测范围、极短的响应时间和快速的恢复性能,被认为是最有发展前途的材料.
Characteristics for CO 2 sensing of a CuO-based mixed oxides powder were compared. Capacitance elements were made from a series of powder of CuO mixed with BaTiO 3、BaSnO 3、SrTiO 3 by means of ways. It has been shown that capacitances of elements are strongly dependent on CO 2 concentration. Comparasion shown CuO-BaSnO 3 is promising for sensing CO 2 over a wide range of concentrations. The capacitance increases rapidly within 30s after exposure to 2% CO 2, and returned rapidly to the original level after reexposure to air.
