摘要 细胞程序化死亡(programmed cell death,PCD)不仅在植物发育进程中具有非常重要的作用,而且是植物抵御不良环境胁迫的重要方式。本文对植物PCD的主要类型、特征及信号传递途径、植物PCD响应环境胁迫反应的研究进展进行了综述,并对植物PCD如何参与抗逆反应及其意义进行了讨论,为深入研究PCD参与植物环境适应性的机理提供参考。 Programmed cell death(PCD) is not only playing an extraordinary role in normal development but also an important way for plant to adapt to environment stresses.This review summarized the main types,characteristics and signal transduction pathway of PCD,and its active role in responding to abiotic stresses.Meanwhile,the possible molecular mechanism of PCD involved in the adaptation to environment changes is also briefly discussed,which provide insights for further study in this field.
