摘要
目的研究学生实习实训质量评价指标体系。方法随机选择某卫生职业学校实验指导教师、实习生和实习医院临床带教老师,进行问卷调查并采用SPSS10.0软件进行统计分析,同时座谈了解实习实训问题的原因。结果实习实训教学存在比较严重的问题。结论职业学校应围绕职业观的形成开展养成教育;在通科教育基础上进行专门化培训;扩大教师队伍并加速"双师"建设进程;扩充实习基地并进行科学管理;加强实验室建设并提高仿真功能,为培养合格的实用型职业技术人才,提高职业教育质量奠定坚实的基础。
Objective To research the quality evaluation indicator system for the practice and training of students.Methods The questionnaires survey was carried out in the experimental teacher and trainee from some vocational schools,and clinical teachers in practice hospital which were randomly selected,the data was statistically analyzed by using SPSS 10.0 software.The reason for the problems existing in the practice of students was discussed.Results The deficient in the practice teaching was found and analyzed.Conclusion The vocational schools should develop the formative education around professional ideology,develop professional training base on the whole-subjects teaching,enlarge the teaching body and expedite the process of training double-quality teachers,enhance the laboratory construction and improve its simulation function,thereby improving the teaching quality of vocational school and laying the foundation for training qualified and practical technical manpower.
