摘要
目的:观察中西结合治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:对我科2002年10月至200年7月共收入院治疗的颈椎病600例病人,其中神经根型192例、椎动脉型150例、脊髓型44例、混合型214例。采用颈椎牵引、电脑中频理疗、中药治疗、西医治疗、康复训练指导等中西医综合治疗。结果:四种类型颈椎病患者治疗有效率分别为98.4%、98.0%、97.6%、86.4%。结论:采用中西医结合治疗颈椎病疗效好、复发率低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the combined treatment of cervical disease in Chinese and Western therapy. Methods： Branch from October 2002 to July 2007 a total income of hospital treatment of 600 cases of cervical spondylosis patients, of which 192 cases of nerve mot, vertebral artery 150 cases, 44 cases of spinal cord, 214 cases of mixed type. Use of cervical traction, intermediate frequency therapy, traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, rehabilitation training and other treatment of Chinese and Western medicine. Results： Effective treatment of the four types of cervical spondylosis were 98.4% ,98.0% ,97.6% and 86.4%. Conclusion： Integrated Treatment of cervical spondylosis and recurrence rate, worthy of clinical application.
